Frozen in Fog

Fog so thick, the sun cannot cut through at 10am.
A dull coating of ice covers the ground.
Winter is here in all it's dead glory.

  1. Is that your new camera? can I ask what it is? Nice photos.

  2. It is indeed Mark. It is a Kodak Z5010

  3. Stunning photographs! I half expect to see Kate Bush appear and start singing 'Wuthering Heights'. At least the kitty has a nice, warm coat for that wintery weather.

  4. I love fog and mist. It's a challenge to photograph too and you've captured it beautifully.

  5. I absolutely love the pictures. The fog in the background gives them an eerie feel.

  6. Well Hello Sir...
And Happy New Year to you and yours! I have managed to survive yet another dreaded holiday season and live to tell the tales...ugh! Can't say I'm not glad to put it to bed and welcome in the new year. I've been working hard and haven't had time to visit blog land, so I am making a concerted effort today to check in. I hope you all had an enjoyable holiday season and ready to begin the long countdown to Halloween once again! :o)

Although NOT a fan of Winter AT ALL...I am a big fan of gray stark fog photos....love them! So what a nice surprise to find yours today...they pretty much convey how I always feel during the Winter months. I wish we had more fog so that I could try and shoot some myself, but since it's always hot here...fog is not a frequent visitor. So I shall just enjoy viewing yours instead. Hope all is well, and remember, just a mere 10 months until Halloween! :o)
