The JekylL & Gin Glowing Cocktail
This is a tried and true cocktail I serve all the time!
This twist on a Gin Daisy looks coral in daylight—and glows white under a black light.
INGREDIENTS
3 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1 tsp. grenadine
1 handful ice
tonic water
DIRECTIONS
Mix gin, lemon juice and grenadine in a cocktail shaker; pour into a large glass filled with ice.
Top with tonic water. Garnish with a glow stick stir stick (optional) or buy neon straws since you will need a UV light to make it glow anyhow.
