I admit that today I have snuffed out so much life...I almost feel guilty...almost!

Halloween has come and gone. For Better or for Worse. We will be working like maniacs today to try and get the Halloween safely stored away both indoors and out. The weather may play a huge factor in this completion.

I will be trying to get pictures and any videos of the yard haunt we captured within the next few days.Stay tuned!

I slept next to a corpse...

As many of you know, I am traveling at the moment. Found out yesterday they found a body in the room directly beside of mine....so I , in essence, slept next to a dead body for 4 nights. I was conflicted at first, but then it weighed on me. Especially when I came back in to smell industrial deoderizer and saw they had sealed the door with metal strips. I requested a move, but it still wierds me out. It was apparently a suicide so no worries of a villian lurking in the shadows.

My friends reactions was mostly,"Do you have an alibi?". This tells me I either need new friends or the current ones know me better than I give them credit.

Another year is complete and done..here's to turning Forty One!

Yep, it's my birthday! I have managed to evade the clutches of death for another year although he is either getting faster or I am getting slower! Let's hope I continue this trend!

Mausoleum unearthed deep in the Haunted Forest!

The Haunted Forest behind Mountain Empire Community College is home to many unearthly creatures and places of dark horror. As it often happens, careless people poking about where they don't belong have resulted in a grim discovery. A great mausoleum tucked away in a forgotten dark corner of the forest. The vile crypt is surrounded by graves on all sides...most have the looks of being recently disturbed! 

The mausoleum possesses massive and intricately crafted iron gates built to stand the test of time....but one has to ask themselves... was it built to keep something out or to keep something in?

My Newest acquisition for this Halloween Season. The glowing Death Head Bust!

Not sure his final resting place in the whole scheme but he will fit in nicely. I have seen similar poly stone busts for sale at 39.99. This guy was only 19.99 at CVS. Plus, thanks to a good friend, I got an employee discount AND a handy seasonal coupon. I walked out with death under my arm for a whopping 12.39!

We are still in the midst of decorating....the house looks like a Spirit Halloween store was run over by a semi truck carrying a shipment of Halloween items and then hit by a twister.....true story!
