Happy Arbor Day! Now get out there and plant some creepy trees for Halloween!

Today is national Arbor day. Many Home Stores and nurseries offer free trees today, so make sure you check your area for any good deals. Most importantly, get out and plant some kind of tree that can be truly appreciated during Autumn/Halloween! Here are a few good examples to get your started.

  1. I am totally in love with #10 - the beautiful maple! The maples that my Maple Grove Cemetery is under are boring yellow & usually with black spots. Yawn!

    1. Don't knock Yellow trees. I like those a lot. Maybe if you put a couple of cups of sulfur at the base of the roots, that black spots will stop this year.

    3. Yep, if it is a blight or even mold it should help.
