Great comparisons! Love this post :)
ReplyDeleteHere is my MMM Day 6
Thanks Toni!
DeleteOld Jerry Dandridge is millions of times better than new Jerry. Even Chris Sarandon's cameo in the new Fright Night was better than the new Jerry Dandridge! ;P
ReplyDeleteSophie's Thoughts & Fumbles
I agree 100% plus the lady vamp with the huge mouth gave me nightmares back in the day.
DeleteWow, cgi and special effects have really come a long way. And yet, the originals scared people more than any modern movie can. We are so jaded.
ReplyDeleteIndeed we are
DeleteTop notch post that shows that the old ones are always better :)
ReplyDeleteIt's hard to top perfections.
DeleteI loved all the pics. It's really true that some modernizations worked better than others, but I still enjoy the classics too. Thanks for all the pics! :-)
ReplyDeleteI am a horror fan period ;)
DeleteI'm usually oppsed to remakes,
ReplyDeletebut some do actually do the movie justice.
I'm looking forward to seeing the carrie Remake.
Another great post,
Thank you for hosting this brilliant blog hop.
Here is my final MMM post : Werewolf of London
